1.Terms of Warranty Coverage

Your product warranty is valid under the following conditions:

  • Installation by a licensed plumber or tradesperson authorized for this type of product.
  • The product is installed for domestic use only.
  • The failure is attributed to a manufacturing defect.
  • You can provide proof of purchase, including the date of acquisition.
  • Installation adheres to our provided guidelines.

 

2. Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover damages due to:

  • Unsuitable or improper usage.
  • Incorrect installation or non-compliance with provided instructions.
  • Installation performed by the buyer or anyone other than a licensed plumber or authorized tradesperson.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Inadequate maintenance or complete lack of it.
  • Damage due to chemical, electrochemical, or electrical factors.
  • Use of harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners on product finishes.

 

3. Warranty Claims and Solutions

Should you encounter a problem with our products, kindly document the issue with photos or videos if possible, and provide a detailed description of the fault. Ensure you have information such as the purchase date, item number, and quantity at hand.

If the defect is attributable to our manufacturing, we will address the issue as follows:

  • For minor component defects, we will dispatch replacement parts in your next container.
  • For substantial product faults, we will provide a new full set of the affected product in your subsequent container.
